Co-ordinator of Heliyatra will take you to the state government helipad on Sa- hastradhara Road, Dehradun from where we will fly for Yamunotri. You are ad- vised to leave your hotel early and remain energetic throughout this devotional chard- ham yatra.

Upon arrival at Kharsali (Ya- munotri), you are welcomed by our handlers; they will unload your baggage and take you to the hotel.
Relish a fresh breakfast and leave for darshan in palki/pony to Yamunotri temple which is around 5 km trek. Enjoy your ride with the glory of nature!
After divine darshan youll return to ho- tel by lunch time. Have your lunch and spend few hours of relax. In Evening pay a visit to ancient Shani Temple (subjected to time and weather) nearby and spend the night at your hotel, after having dinner.

Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad, Our handlers will transfer you to the Hotel where you can relish your breakfast / lunch and pay visit to Badri Narayan VIP darshan.
Our handler will take you for tem- ple in evening for vishnusahasar- nam path.
Spend leisurely hours in the Mana Village which is near to religious site of Badrinath.

In the morning after having a hearty breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan tem- ple and fly back to Dehradun with positive vibes and pleasant memories of Chardham Yatra by helicopter package.
Timings are tentative and may get changed subjected to permissions and weather condi- tions.
We recommend you to book your return flight one day later.
Inclusion/Exclusion
GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS
Maximum 05/06 Passengers/Guest will be allowed in 01 Helicopter.
Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted due to limited space in the helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper. At any cost we wont allow passenger to take more luggage. This is the standard safety rule for Aviation.
All temples are located at high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medicalkit.
Timings are flexible depending on weather conditions/technical reasons/govt. permissions etc.
Any of the dham can be covered first depending on the weather conditions and govt. permissions.
Note: Kedarnath temple has three base camps i. e. , Phata / Guptkashi / Sirsi. Incase of big groups, flying in different helicopters may land at different base camps on different helipads. We have to complete the entire yatra as per the group in the same helicopter sinceeach helicopter has different flying timings and permissions.
Passengers should carry only handbags (Soft Bags/duffle bags) as suitcases/trolley bags cannot be kept in the helicopter. Trolleys are strictly not allowed.
Our 3 Helicopters fly on same day for Char dham yatra by helicopter. We may adjust passengers acc. to their body weight.
If individual body weight exceeds than the given weight, Extra charges of INR 2000 per Kg will beapplicable.
While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi the waiting time is between 10mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons.
Passengers may be divided into 2 groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath/Guptkashi shuttledependingontheirbodyweight.
Property at Yamunotri is basic but best in the region as it is remote area and rest all prop-erties are good.
Total passengers weight should not be more than 430 Kgs.
Due to the high rush, hotels can be changed at any place but we will ensure to provide a similar category accommodation.
All passengers will be taken to all the helipads atleast 1 hour prior before the departure time. In this case sometimes you may have to wait at govt. helipad.
On the day of return from the yatra, only one time drop will be provided either to Hotel or Airport or anywhere in Dehradun.
Please share your actual body weight at the time of Booking. Your body weight will be measured before flying. Company have full rights to de-board a passenger incase the actual body weight exceeds than the weight given by passengers. Kindly dont share any assumed body weight.
PRECAUTIONARY GUIDELINES
General Safety kit will be provided to the customer on the day of arrival, which will consist of the following things :

Washable Mask
Washable Hand Gloves
While boarding into the helicopter, social distancing will be maintained and all the discussions with the representatives will be done from a distance of minimum 2 ft.
We would make sure that all our vehicles and helicopters will be cleaned on a daily basis.
Our staff will be carrying hand sanitizer, mask and gloves while meeting with the customer.
None of our staff will greet the customers with handshake or any means of direct physical contact.
On the day of arrival, each customers body temperature will be measured and if found greater than the normal then our medical team will get in touch with the customer and provide consultancy.
We would request to the customers to adhere to our safety guidelines and also inform us about their travel history.
Incase if the customer do not adhere to the Govt. guidelines we may cancel the booking without any refund.
Passengers are requested to undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test report which should be atleast 72 hours prior to their arrival in Uttarakhand or must have double dose vaccination certificate.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. Infant below 2 years are car- ried free of charge, in case of dispute birth certificate can prevail.
There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Re- maining 50% amount to be paid 20 Days before the journey starts.
In case the journey is not finished within the given time and passengers would not be able to Dham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons.
In this scenario company will still try to visit the all dham by extending the timeframe. Company will do all the dhams on the next day if weather condition remains poor whole day and so on.
Sometime we may change the property in emergency situation (like landlside on the way to property, electricity and any other natural circumstances). We may try to provide other property of same or upper category.
One cab will be provided to the group of upto 6 pax wherever required.
Additional amount of INR 20,000/- Per Person will be applicable incase of single occupancy.
We recommend you to book your return flight one day later. Company will not bear any cancellation of flights at any cost.
Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of services or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Dehradun jurisdiction.
Incase of emergency and bad weather passengers will be taken back to Dehradun by other means of Transport.
No money will be refunded incase the passenger is de-boarded due to wrong given body weight.
Your luggage will be strictly not allowed in the helicopter if it is found more than 5 KG at the helipad.
Prices will remain same even incase the royalty fees changes or remains same.
In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money i. e if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund 50% of the payment. If unable to do 3 Dhams then we will refund 75%and so on. This refundable proportionate money is exclusive of Royalty fee, Taxes and fixed components.
Any Extra Night halt except this itinerary due to any circumstances will be borne by the customers.

Company has full rights to cancel the booking incase of any emergency situation due to the current situation of the COVID-19 or any govt. circular.
Cancellation policy: - If customer wishes to cancel their booking they have to pay following cancellation charges.
