We ensure that we deliver great customer experience. However, there may arise cases where dissatisfaction is expressed for our offerings in terms of products and services. We offer very simple and transparent cancellation policy for our services.

• All cancellations must be made in e-mail along with transaction and booking details.
• Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – No charge
• Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of property booking charge.
• Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of property charge.
• Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of package fare charge.
• Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of package charge.

Once we check all the details and authorize your refund. You will receive your refund within 7-14 days.
